Artwork Guidelines
Ensuring High-Quality Artwork and Adherence to Guidelines
Optimize Your Artwork Resolution: Low-resolution artwork can make designs appear pixelated or jagged. To avoid this, consider vectorizing your design. Using vector software like Adobe Illustrator eliminates resolution concerns and ensures your artwork prints sharply. When creating artwork in programs like Photoshop, which use pixels, set the resolution to at least 300dpi to maintain crisp edges.
Prepare Your Design for Printing: To ensure your design prints accurately:
- Convert live fonts to outlines.
- Make sure fine details are thick enough to print clearly. Thin lines or small gaps may fill in during production, affecting legibility.
Adhere to Content Guidelines: Your artwork must be original and comply with the following rules. It must not:
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
- Include defamatory statements.
- Encourage violence, abuse, or harassment of private individuals or public figures.
- Contain or encourage hate speech or dehumanization.
- Promote violence or include violent content (events, terms, or images).
- Feature vulgar or lewd content.
- Include sexually suggestive content, including images of an artistic, health, or medical nature.
- Encourage or depict illegal activities.
- Promote or defend criminal or alleged criminal acts.
- Inspire harm or violence.
Ensuring these elements will help maintain the quality and integrity of your designs.
