Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At J&Z Signs and Designs, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, customized products. As each order is unique to individual customers, it holds no re-sale value. Therefore, we have established the following return policy:
- All Sales Are Final:
- Since each order is tailored to the specific requirements of our customers, we do not offer refunds or credit. All sales are considered final. However, if an error is confirmed on our end, we will take responsibility and reproduce the order.
- Defective Products:
- Customers must notify J&Z Signs and Designs within 6 business days of order acceptance if any defects are discovered in the received product. To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days, at their own expense, from the time of receiving the delivery.
- Non-Refundable Expedited Printing Charges:
- Any additional charges related to expediting printing, such as Rush Printing or Shipping, are non-refundable. This includes orders that are returned for any reason.
- Marginal Acceptable Errors:
- Please be aware that due to the customized nature of our products, orders may have marginal acceptable errors. We strive for perfection, but variations within industry standards may occur. It’s important to understand that absolute perfection may not always be achievable.
- This return policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in our dealings with customers.
