Refund and Returns Policy

 

At J&Z Signs and Designs, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, customized products. As each order is unique to individual customers, it holds no re-sale value. Therefore, we have established the following return policy:

  1. All Sales Are Final:
    • Since each order is tailored to the specific requirements of our customers, we do not offer refunds or credit. All sales are considered final. However, if an error is confirmed on our end, we will take responsibility and reproduce the order.
  2. Defective Products:
    • Customers must notify J&Z Signs and Designs within 6 business days of order acceptance if any defects are discovered in the received product. To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days, at their own expense, from the time of receiving the delivery.
  3. Non-Refundable Expedited Printing Charges:
    • Any additional charges related to expediting printing, such as Rush Printing or Shipping, are non-refundable. This includes orders that are returned for any reason.
  4. Marginal Acceptable Errors:
    • Please be aware that due to the customized nature of our products, orders may have marginal acceptable errors. We strive for perfection, but variations within industry standards may occur. It’s important to understand that absolute perfection may not always be achievable.
  • This return policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in our dealings with customers. Art work Policy:

You understand that all Content, including information, data, text, photographs, graphics, and messages, is solely your responsibility. You, not J&Z Signs and Designs, are accountable for all Content you send, upload, post, or transmit. You agree to abide by local rules for online conduct and acceptable Content. You will not use J&Z Signs and Designs to transmit any Content deemed indecent, threatening, defamatory, or infringing upon intellectual property rights. J&Z Signs and Designs does not control Customer Content and does not guarantee its accuracy or quality. J&Z Signs and Designs reserves the right to remove objectionable Content. You acknowledge that J&Z Signs and Designs may preserve and disclose Content as required by law or to enforce its terms of service. J&Z Signs and Designs does not verify customers' affiliations with claimed organizations but will process orders without liability for fraudulent use.
